SUB Wellness Room!
The Union has partnered with Dalhousie Student Health & Wellness to bring students some great opportunities to participate in everything from yoga and meditation to drop in hours with peer mentors or a social worker! We've worked hard to make these services accessible to all students and can't wait for you to enjoy them!
Our new Wellness Room, located in the lower level of the SUB, will be host to a variety of health & wellness related programing all school year long! The room will also be open between programming, during regular SUB building hours, in case you want to stop in, relax, exercise, etc.
For more information about the different programs, or to sign up for any that require registration, see below!
If you are interested in booking the Wellness room you can email firstname.lastname@example.org.
