We recognize that many societies would benefit from having dedicated office space to help perform society activities and functions. Due to the limited amount of space available for societies to use, the DSU is introducing a year-to-year process for allocation of these office spaces. The DSU will be prioritizing shared office space to maximize the use of the limited amount of offices in the Society Hub.
If your society is interested in office space for the 2018-2019 academic year, please submit this form no later than November 20th, 2018.The Society Review Committee will review these request forms and decide based on the information provided. Societies will hear back from the SRC no later than December 1st, 2018.
