Whatever the catering needs, you can count on us for quality preparation, professional service and beautiful presentation. We offer a variety of breakfast, lunch, and dinner catering options, and encourage you to take a look at our entire menu. Alcohol and Bar Services
All alcohol for society events must be arranged through DSU Bar Services, with the exception of events taking place at off-campus licensed venues. Societies must comply with the University Alcohol Policy and all alcohol service requirements detailed in the DSU risk management process. DSU Bar Services has all the resources you need to arrange alcohol for your event, including professionally trained service staff to handle everything on-site. Contact Greg Wright, Director of Licensed Operations at (902) 494-6891 or email email@example.com for more information.
Technology and Production Services
DSU Production Services provides support, equipment rentals, and technicians for a wide variety of events in the Student Union Building and beyond. With a wide array of equipment and resources available in-house, Production Services delivers professional service and results for your event. Societies can also book portable audio kits, projectors, and more for when you need something quick and easy on-site. Contact Pat Martin, Director of Facility Operations at (902) 494-3308 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Dalhousie Medical Campus Response Team
Complete an online request form to book the services of the DMCRT and have their responders attend your event for free.
DMCRT is distinct from many other student union societies. It strives to serve the entire Dalhousie campus and community by encouraging our students to advocate and practice health and safety. Our operations are entirely dependent on student volunteers who are educated, certified, and mentored internally through the organization and St John Ambulance. DMCRT is available to provide medical response at events in the Fall and Winter terms of each academic year, with Spring and Summer being focused on training and preparation of the incoming team and year.
There are many other services and resources available to ratified societies through the DSU. From graphic design and printing services to transportation, equipment, and more — check out the Bookable Resources page for complete listings.
